Catching Up

It has been a long time since we haved blogged! Here is the update on us since our last post :

Thanksgiving: Charlie's family went to Erie, PA to visit his sister for Thanksgiving, we wished we could have gone, but couldn't. So we spent it with my family here. My aunt and uncle and some of their kids came over to my parents house.

Christmas: Charlie's aunt, uncle, and their two kids came here to visit from New Jersey for Christmas. It was so fun to see them! We were able to spend Christmas with both families! (The perks of having them live 5 minutes apart!)

A few days before Christmas, we went to see Forgotten Carols at Gammage. This was our second time seeing it together and my fourth time (I was in it one year!) I would highly recommend seeing it, it is an amazing story filled with laughs and tears!

The day after Christmas, my family and I went to Utah for a week. (Charlie had to stay because of work. ) We visited all of my extended family and had a great time. It was hard not to see Charlie for a week, but we got to talk a lot on the phone.

January: I was asked to stay in my long term sub position at work at least until March 1st. This has been a huge blessing for me to work, but has been very exhausting to work full time, teach piano, and be in my third trimester. Charlie started a new semester at MCC and is taking a history and calculus class.

Pregnancy update: Everything is going great! Baby Shawn is growing and is definitely a very active little boy. He really enjoys kicking my ribs and turning around to kick my bladder! I am 30 weeks and Shawn is about 16 inches and over 3 pounds now. I still get sick, but not even close to what is was like during the first half! We can not wait for this little one to get here, we love him so much already.

Christina - I have a present for you. I never see you to tell you about it, but when is a good time for me to bring it over? I need to do it this week. Maybe I will bring it to church next Sunday. Let me know if that will work.
